Where it all began

In 2019, I was working part-time as a sales rep at a friend's screen-printing shop, broke as a joke and spending way more time fishing than working. I needed to find a way to make rent while somehow paying for a new drift boat that I definitely couldn't afford.

That's when an idea was born...

It all started with a small batch of pre-orders sold to my Instagram followers. Every order gave me the confidence to keep building, keep creating, and keep pushing new ideas into an industry that, in my opinion, had become a little too predictable.

Today, HoneyFly is still built on that same idea: create premium, high-quality apparel inspired by the fly fishing lifestyle without relying on the same old trout-outline t-shirt. Every order is still packed and shipped by yours truly, and I'm grateful for every single person who's helped turn a crazy idea into something real.
